Easy: you just provide the requirements so we can start to source, screen and present you with a profile of candidates that meet your requirements. You then review their profile and decide which ones to interview. Once you selected the candidate to be part of your team, we will initiate the hiring process. We will do the administrative onboarding, everything operational etc is on you.
Employees in the Philippines tend to be super flexible in their working hours. Depending on your requirements, we would communicate with the employee early in the recruitment process whether a minimum of 4h or more is required based on your working hours. Many employees actually enjoy working in the evening, which means that even 6h+ overlap is possible.
Yes. We will share our public holiday calendar upon initiation process and will also keep you informed a week in advance for any additional public holidays that the government may announce on short notice. The Philippines has significantly more public holidays, but with the lower number of paid holidays that is roughly compensated to a similar total number of days off.
All up to you. Of course, you will have to bear the costs of Visa, travel, accommodation and per diem expenses on top of their monthly fee.
Yes. We only process developers with good English and communication skills.
Anything and all. You manage the employee as you manage any of your employees.
You may submit any necessary funds for gifts, bonuses or incentives through our Company account and we will pass it on to them compliant with tax / other regulations.
We require advance payment of monthly fee, plus security deposit upon contract start date for each employee to cover part of the laptop acquisition cost. Fyi, salary in PH is typically paid out twice per month.
The advance payment will allow us to timely pay our employees and ensure 100% commitment of the resource to you. It is also a good practice to maintain payment-to-work association to build confidence and trust in each other for providing quality and uninterrupted services.
No. Our fees will be kept 100% transparent to you and we guarantee that there will be no surprises.
No. You are required to notify us 2 months in advance prior to the intended termination period. The reason is mainly that we need to comply with Philippines labor law to terminate the employee on our end.
